اکسپو میلان 2015، بسیاری از ذهن ها درگیر این موضوع است. اکسپو چیست؟ چرا این روزها انقدر پر رنگ شده است که حتی صدا و سیما به آن می پردازد؟ برای آگاهی شما دوستان عزیز و جهت آشنایی شما، باید گفت که اکسپو (EXPO) نمایشگاهی است که هر چند سال یکبار در یک کشور برگزار می شود. اکسپو نمایشگاهی از نمایشگاه ها است که در آن هر کشور در غرفه ی خود به بیان و عرضه ی فرهنگ و داشته های خود می پردازد. در یک جمله، می توان گفت اکسپو مهمترین رویداد نمایشگاهی در سرتاسر جهان است. اکسپو جام جهانی نمایشگاه هاست و سفر به اکسپو سفر به تمام دنیاست. اولین دوره ی اکسپو در سال 1851 در لندن و آخرین دوره ها در سال 2010 در چین و 2012 در کره جنوبی برگزار شد. دوره ی جاری در میلان و دوره ی بعدی در سال 2017 در قزاقستان برگزار خواهد شد. از آنجا که غرفه ی هر کشور در اکسپو، نمادی از کشور خواهد بود، معماری و طراحی غرفه ها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار خواهد بود تا منطبق بر فرهنگ و خواستگاه کشور باشد.
این سفر کوتاه، بی نظیر خواهد بود. ضمنا بیان این نکته ضروری به نظر می رسد که نمایشگاه اکسپو 6 ماه دایر خواهد بود. نمایشگاه اکسپو میلان از 11 اردیبهشت تا 9 آبان ماه برگزار خواهد شد.
